Terms of use

1. Purpose

The Site presents the activities, menu, events, stores and offers of Korean Street Market. It also offers services: newsletter subscription, contact form, membership, applications, and — where applicable — online booking and a member account.

2. Site access

Access to the Site is free and open to anyone with Internet access. Connection costs remain your responsibility.

Korean Street Market endeavours to keep the Site available continuously; however, access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or for any reason beyond its control, without entitlement to compensation.

Some services (member account, booking, membership) require account creation and, where applicable, acceptance of specific terms.

3. User account

Where an account is created, you undertake to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your credentials are personal and confidential; you are responsible for their use.

If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify us at contact@koreanstreetmarket.com.

4. User obligations

You undertake to use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, not to impair its integrity (intrusion, injection, flooding), and not to publish unlawful, defamatory, abusive or public-policy-infringing content.

Any breach may result in immediate suspension of your access and in civil or criminal proceedings.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (text, images, logos, trademarks, code, graphic and audio elements) are protected by copyright and trademark law and remain the exclusive property of Korean Street Market or its licensors.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, distribution or exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.

6. Third-party content

The Site may relay content from third parties (reviews, embedded videos, maps). Korean Street Market cannot be held liable for their accuracy or permanence.

7. Liability

Korean Street Market takes reasonable care of the accuracy of published information (menu, hours, events, prices) but does not warrant the absence of errors. Information may change without notice.

Korean Street Market shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of data, loss of business, loss of opportunity) arising from use of the Site.

8. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer. Use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

Korean Street Market may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force when you access the Site; the date at the top of the page shows the last revision.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
