Accessibility statement
Last updated — 1 September 2026
Korean Street Market is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the principles of the French RGAA (Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité) and international WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
1. Compliance status
The site www.koreanstreetmarket.com is in partial compliance with RGAA version 4.1, pending a full external audit.
A comprehensive accessibility audit is [planned / underway / completed on [date to be completed]]. This statement will be updated as soon as the final report is available, with a quantified compliance rate and the list of non-conformities.
2. Test results
Pending an external audit, an internal review based on RGAA criteria has been conducted. It covers: semantic structure, colour contrast, image text alternatives, keyboard navigation, visible focus, respect of motion preferences (prefers-reduced-motion), forms (labels, errors, contextual help), custom interactive components (filter combobox, audio player, carousel).
Detailed results are available on request at contact@koreanstreetmarket.com.
3. Non-accessible content
Some historical atmosphere images do not yet have exhaustive text alternatives: they are being gradually completed by our editorial teams.
Embedded videos and audio do not always have synchronised subtitles or a full transcript; we are working on their progressive compliance.
Downloadable PDF documents dated before September 2026 may not be fully accessible; an alternative version can be requested by email.
4. Exemptions
Some interactive maps (Google Maps) and embedded videos from third parties may not fully meet accessibility criteria. For our stores, we provide essential information (address, hours, directions) as accessible text in addition to the map.
5. Technologies used
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React 19, Next.js 16). Custom interactive components follow WAI-ARIA recommendations.
6. Test environments
Checks were carried out with the following configurations: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (latest stable versions) together with NVDA (Windows) and VoiceOver (macOS/iOS).
7. Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility issue preventing you from accessing content or functionality on the Site, please write to accessibilite@koreanstreetmarket.com specifying the URL concerned and the nature of the problem.
We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time and, where possible, provide the content in an alternative accessible format.
8. Recourse
If you find an accessibility issue that prevents you from accessing content or a service, report it to us and do not receive a satisfactory response, you may file a complaint with the French Ombudsman (Défenseur des droits — www.defenseurdesdroits.fr).
Postal address: Défenseur des droits — Libre réponse 71120 — 75342 Paris CEDEX 07, France.
9. Preparation of the statement
This statement was prepared on [date to be completed]. It is reviewed at least once a year and on any major evolution of the Site.
